Still a story about Bandung Ethnic Food Festival held in the end of June 2008. In one corner of food festival arena, I found a mountain of baskets full of traditional candies. Traditionally, Indonesian people like sweet food very much, that's why we can find sweet snack made of broad varieties of sweet starch called "dodol". When I saw this enormous amount of free dodols, YES it's free, instantly my mind just flied away to my childhood time when my aunt used to give me my favorite dodol made of nangka (jackfruit).
